The problem with run of the mill standard bolt shop supplied washers is that even if you order imperial washers they still have a metric hole in the middle which makes them too loose. Also they seem to be too thin when you need a thick washer and too thick when you want a thin washer. Not only that, these large hole standard washers end up out of line when you tighten them up and it looks terrible.

Kustom Bitz has produced these stainless steel washers in tight imperial sizes and just the right thickness to suit several Hot Rod suspension applications. For example the front shock absorbers on an I beam front end, in ½ inch and 7/16 inch and a good 3mm thick to hold the rubber shocker bush.

Combine these with our UNF dome nuts or nylock nuts and your ride is looking pretty cool.
