WARRANTY
Warranty: All products sold by Kustom Bitz carry a one (1) year return to base warranty from date of dispatch for delivery to you. Kustom Bitz will make good or replace defective components returned to our Croydon warehouse. Additional freight to and from you will be charged to your account. Warranty does not apply where fault results from abuse, misuse, tampering, abnormal use, faulty installation, improper maintenance, Acts of God or alterations/repairs made by persons other than the staff of Kustom Bitz.
Returns: We will accept returns of miss ordered product only and only within 14 days of purchase and the product has to be in a condition fit for resale and the complete packaging is intact. A restocking fee of 25% of the product value applies and all freight costs (to and back) will be charged to your account.
Attitude: We all make mistakes, sometimes it maybe us, sometimes it may be you, we will always endeavor to sort out your problems when we can and as best we can, however we respond better when you are honest, fair, courteous and reasonable with us. In return we shall be the same towards you. |
