New Ute floors made to suit. A new frame can be made and then a new floor can be made up to suit. Time spent designing a new ute floor can open up new spaces to store stuff. In the example pics you see here, there is a compartment for the spare wheel and tools at the back, and at the front is the space where the air bag suspension tanks and compressors are, along with the car's battery, washer bottle and other bits and pieces.
   
In this example the chassis is raised at the back for air bag suspension, so the ute tub floor had to be lifted. In reality this is a whole new frame made to suit the chassis mods and utilise the spaces created by doing this.  The original side panels in this Toyota ute have been cut and sectioned, so as to look like the factory made it that way.
